Terms of Service

These Terms govern your purchase and use of rivvo's digital services ("Service"). By purchasing, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Overview
We provide bounded, text-only clarity fixes for conversion pages, delivered as:
- a 1-page PDF report, and
- an implementation-ready sheet.
2. Plans
A) 1-Page Clarity Fix ($49)
- 1 page (Landing OR Pricing)
- Top 5 friction summary + up to 10 text fixes + mini UI glossary
- Delivery: within 24 business hours (KST) after payment + intake submission
- Includes 1 revision within 7 days (wording tweaks on proposed lines only)
B) 2-Page Consistency Fix ($149)
- 2 pages (e.g., Landing + Pricing)
- Cross-page alignment rules + priority tagging + up to 20 text fixes
- Delivery: within 48 business hours (KST) after payment + intake submission
- Includes 1 revision within 7 days (wording tweaks on proposed lines only)
Line definition: 1 line = 1 UI text block (CTA label, headline, short sentence, label, one bullet). Text-only suggestions; implementation is done by you.
3. Payment & Intake
Payment is processed via PayPal. Delivery time starts after payment confirmation and intake submission.
4. Revisions
One revision within 7 days, limited to wording adjustments on the proposed lines.
5. Refunds / Cancellations
Because this is a custom digital service, refunds may be limited once work has started (typically after intake submission). If we fail to deliver the agreed scope or significantly miss delivery without cause, we will provide a reasonable remedy (re-delivery, revision, or refund as appropriate).
6. No Performance Guarantee
We do not guarantee a specific conversion lift. Results depend on traffic, product, market, and your implementation.
7. Liability Limit
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order.
